Users can check the call records through business halls, online business halls of operators and other channels. Taking telecom as an example, the steps to query the call records of telecom through the telecom online business hall are as follows:

1. First, open a browser, enter the online business hall of China Telecom and search, then click to enter the online business hall of China Telecom and log in your own telecom mobile phone number.

2. After logging in, enter the personal center, and the business navigation is on the left. Click on the call message list to query.
