Third, the relevant rules:

1. "Role Registration" can only be performed if all the following conditions are met:

2) Role level ≥100;

3) Personal accomplishment 10000 or above;

5) The mobile phone has been bound at the time of registration;

6) It takes 90 days for the purchased character to be sold again;

3. Other rules:
