3. Public rental housing

At the same time, the government issues the corresponding standard rental subsidies to the rented families on a monthly basis. Its purpose is to solve the housing difficulties of low-income families whose family income is higher than the standard of low-rent housing but unable to buy affordable housing.

4. Directional resettlement houses

Resettlement housing is a house built by the government to resettle the families who have been demolished when carrying out urban road construction and other public facilities construction projects. The object of resettlement is the relocated households of urban residents, including farmers whose houses have been demolished by land acquisition.

That is, "limited sets, price limit" commercial housing.
