All people returning to Lou from other provinces and other cities and states in the province who have experienced an epidemic within 7 days must report to their community, unit and hotel by phone 2 days in advance. People entering Lou from other provinces must also go through the "Hunan Province Resident Health Card - Registration for Entry into Hunan";

All persons returning to Lou from other places must bring a 48-hour nucleic acid negative certificate to enter Lou, all persons coming from other provinces or areas with epidemic outbreaks in this province, and Persons who come to Lou from epidemic-free areas in the province but cannot provide proof of a negative nucleic acid test within 24 hours must be "checked on arrival" and undergo another nucleic acid test on the third day after entering Lou.
