How to know whether the campus tutoring text messages are genuine or fake?

Look at the SMS number and web link for official verification.

1. First, look at the SMS number: Usually numbers sent from overseas will be preceded by the number "00". Even if there is no number "00", it is not a normal 11-digit mobile phone number, even if it is displayed as an official number.
