There are several reasons for using mobile phones to surf the Internet beyond the traffic range, but not receiving traffic SMS reminders:

1. Your mobile phone has been turned off or stopped for more than the time limit for sending SMS (i.e. 24 hours);

2. The SMS storage space is full;

3. Due to the influence of network and rush hour, there may be some time delay or information loss when sending SMS.
