Huawei's mobile phone information cannot be opened.

Try to brush the machine, or turn it off and then restart it.

Unable to open the phone information, as shown below:

1, Android phone can be tried, and at the same time, press and hold the volume up+power button to turn it on to see if it can enter recovery mode;

2. If it can enter normally, the user can download the appropriate credit card package from Huawei official website or the mobile phone forum and import it into the root directory of the mobile phone memory card for later use;

3. Then enter the recovery interface. Turn it off first, and press the volume and power buttons until the recovery interface appears.

4. Double clearing after entering the recovery mode, no matter whether the mobile phone is recovered by the system itself or by a third party, as long as there are two items: erasing data/factory reset and erasing cache partition;

5. Select Erase Data/Restore Factory Settings to erase all data, that is, restore factory settings, then press the power key to confirm, and then select Yes-to delete all data, if yes, then erase all data.

6. Select to erase the cache partition, then press the power key to confirm, and then select Yes-to erase the cache.
