How does my Huawei phablet receive short messages?

My Huawei phablet receives short messages as follows.

1. After opening the mobile phone, we find the setting icon, click to enter the function setting interface of the mobile phone, then find the application options in the interface and click in.

2. After entering the application function setting interface, we click to enter the application management option. In the application management interface, we can see the SMS application function, and then click in.

3. After entering the interface of SMS management function, we can see the function options of notification management in the interface, and then we need to click in.

4. Finally, in the notification management interface of SMS, we find the option of allowing notification, and then click the switch at the back to turn on the function.
