Online cancellation path: ICBC homepage - E-banking - ICBC Messenger (under popular services, above promotions) - Activate now (can be seen on the right side of the screen) - ICBC Messenger Unsubscribe from the SMS service (the third link in the red box), then enter your mobile phone number and verification code, and follow the prompts after receiving the SMS reply.
