With the National Day holiday approaching, we encourage citizens to celebrate the holiday locally and minimize cross-city travel to avoid the risk of epidemic spread caused by large-scale movement of people. If you really need to travel, you should try to avoid going to areas with local epidemics, and pay close attention to the information on the epidemiological investigation activities of infected persons in the epidemic areas across the country, as well as the adjustment dynamics of medium and high-risk areas. Before traveling, check the latest epidemic prevention and control policies of your destination through the Chinese Government website and the State Council's client applet in advance, actively cooperate with local epidemic prevention measures, and take personal protection during the journey. People who develop suspicious COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, loss of sense of smell, diarrhea, or abnormal health codes must fulfill their personal protection responsibilities, proactively report in a timely manner and conduct nucleic acid testing, and do not travel until the risk of infection is eliminated.

2. Report in advance and do not hide anything.

All people coming to Changsha from other provinces must register through the “My Changsha” APP or “My Changsha” mini-program at least one day in advance. 3. Nucleic acid testing should be done promptly.

All people coming from other provinces must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours to enter Changchun, and actively cooperate with epidemic prevention measures such as nucleic acid testing and health inspections at transportation stations and entrances to the city. After growth, a nucleic acid test will be taken on the initiative, and another nucleic acid test will be performed on the third day. Before the negative result of the second nucleic acid test comes out, do not participate in gathering activities unless necessary, do not enter crowded public places, and avoid taking public transportation.
