It may be because WeChat is not set as protected, or WeChat notification permission is enabled, etc. It is recommended to set it in order:

1. Message settings of the application itself: In WeChat, set gt ; New message prompt switch is turned on.

2. Check the mobile phone network status

1) In a WLAN environment, for an EMUI 5.0 phone, select Always in Settings>WLAN>Configuration>Keep WLAN connection in sleep state ;

EMUI 4.1 Select Always in Settings>WLAN>Menu>Advanced Settings>Keep WLAN connection in sleep state;

2) Turn on the mobile phone in a non-WLAN environment Data, note: may result in shorter standby time.

3. Open the permission for application push in the notification center

1) EMUI 5.0 Select WeChat in Settings>Notifications and Status Bar>Notification Management and open the corresponding permissions (banner, Ringing, vibration, etc.);

4. Set WeChat as a protected background application
