Method 1:

1. Open the telecom business hall APP, find "points exchange" at the bottom of the page and click Enter;

2. Find "Direct Charge of Telephone Charge" in the page and click Enter;

3. Select the amount you want to exchange and click "Exchange Now";

4. after receiving the SMS verification code, enter the verification code to complete the redemption.

Method 2:

1. Send SMS "DHHF# Amount" to 11, and you can use telecom points to exchange phone bills. For example, by sending "DHHF#1" to 11, you can exchange the phone bill in 1 yuan.

2. After receiving the SMS confirmation, the phone bill will be successfully recharged to your telecom mobile phone account.
