Overdue JD gold bars will incur liquidated damages: liquidated damages = all principal that should have been repaid * liquidated damages ratio (0.06%~0.15%) * number of days of default

Example (assuming breach of contract) The gold ratio is 0.06%): Take a loan of 3,000 yuan in gold bars on November 30, 2017, with a loan period of 3 months and a daily interest rate of 0.04%.
