Notice of Dingxing County Public Security Bureau on Doing a Good Job in the Registration and Management of Returned Dingxing Personnel from Outside the Epidemic Area

Recently, the local epidemic situation in China has rebounded, and many provinces have related positive cases, involving Shaanxi, Gansu and Inner Mongolia. Asymptomatic infected people with epidemiological links have also been found in some areas of our province. In order to further tighten the epidemic prevention and control measures, plug management loopholes, and further strengthen the control measures of "external defense input and internal defense rebound", according to the relevant provisions of the province and the city, we hereby notify the people in epidemic areas and other provinces to return to Dingxing for registration as follows:

First of all, all people who have recently entered our county from epidemic areas and outside the province must take the initiative to declare their personal health status to their township offices, police stations and communities. From the date of promulgation of this circular, persons who intend to return to Dingxing from medium and high risk areas shall voluntarily declare and register their personal information within 3 days before returning to Dingxing. If the declaration and registration are not completed for some reason, the personal information shall be declared and registered in time after arriving in Dingxing administrative area.

Second, anyone who recently entered our county from epidemic-related areas and outside the province must consciously abide by the relevant provisions of epidemic prevention and control in our county to ensure that the information declared and registered is true, accurate and effective. For those who delay reporting, conceal or lie about information and refuse to cooperate with epidemic prevention and control measures, resulting in serious consequences such as the spread of the epidemic, the public security organs will investigate the relevant responsibilities according to law.

Third, the masses should support and cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work. If they know that people who intend to enter our county from epidemic areas and outside the province, they should report to their township offices, police stations and village communities in time. At the same time, the masses are welcome to supervise and report, find relevant clues, and report the situation to the public security organs and village street communities in a timely manner.
