Nokia SMS does not sound.

If the phone speaker is muted, we recommend that you:

1. When talking or playing music, adjust the volume button on the side of the phone.

2. If it doesn't work, please restart your phone.

3. If the speaker is mute while talking or playing music, please back up the data in the phone and try to restore the machine to the factory settings.

If the problem still exists, please take the purchase invoice, maintenance card and machine to the after-sales service center for inspection.
