Oppor9 can receive information but cannot send it. What happened?

1, oppo R9 can receive information but cannot send it out, generally for the following reasons:

(1) The network is busy or the surrounding signal is not good.

(2) The number of the information center is wrong.

(3)SIM card arrears or downtime.

(4) The network base station receives and forwards abnormally.

(5) Mobile phone failure.

2. Solution:

(1) Consult the phone bill balance of the mobile phone card to see if there is any arrears.

(2) Enter Information-Advanced Settings-Information Center Number to check whether the number is correct. You must call your local operation service provider to get the correct number and fill it in.

(3) Compare and observe the changes of SIM card and different time periods.

(4) You can try to restart your phone.

(5) Try to restore the backup data to the factory settings (Settings-More Systems-Restore the factory settings, please do not check "Clear completely").

(6) If the above methods fail to solve the problem, please take the purchase invoice, warranty card and mobile phone to the nearest OPPO customer service center for testing and handling.
