Taobao found someone to pay for it and then refunded it. Why can't the payer get a refund?

After the transaction uses "find someone to pay for it", if there is a refund, it will be returned to the payer's Alipay. If you don't know your Alipay, you can log in to my Taobao and click Alipay Binding Settings in account settings to view the bound Alipay account:

For example, A bought a dress and asked B to help pay for it. Subsequent transactions will be refunded, and the money will go back to B's Alipay account.
