What does it mean to input the code?

"The yellow code is assigned upon entry" refers to the persons who live outside Henan Province from 0: 00 on March 22, 2022/0/4 days. After returning to Henan, Henan health code will be assigned yellow code. People who pass through Henan but do not enter the country will also be assigned Henan health code after staying in Henan for a period of time.
