1. In the setting interface, click the bound mobile phone number to enter the bound mobile phone number interface, and click "Replace" under the mobile phone number.

2. Enter the interface of changing mobile phone number, click the "three horizontal lines icon" in the upper right corner of the interface, and then click "Unbind" in the pop-up menu below.

3. The interface of unbinding the mobile phone number pops up, suggesting that unbinding will reduce the security of QQ, and it is impossible to send QQ messages to the contacts in the mobile phone address book. Click Unbind.

4. After successful unbinding, you can return to the setting interface, and you can see that the mobile phone number is unbound, thus successfully unbinding QQ on the mobile phone. 1.
