All personnel returning (arriving) from outside the province are registered in the "Taiyuan Quarantine Registration Information System" and controlled by the "four colors" logo.

1. Red label:

Return (arrival) passengers in high-risk areas are given a red code, and "7-day centralized isolation +5 times of nucleic acid", nucleic acid landing and point-to-point transport are implemented;

2. Yellow label:

Return (arrival) passengers from medium-risk areas are given yellow code, and "7-day home quarantine +3 times nucleic acid" is implemented, and nucleic acid is landed and transported point to point;

3. Blue label:

(1) Return (arrival) passengers in low-risk areas, counties (streets and towns of municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the risk level has not been adjusted, and "3-day home health monitoring +3 nucleic acids", landing nucleic acids and point-to-point transport;

(2) Within 7 days, there are returning (arriving) passengers from risk-free counties (streets and towns of municipalities directly under the Central Government) in the city where the epidemic occurred, and the blue label is "take and leave", so as to carry out nucleic acid landing and implement "three days and three inspections+take, leave and chase". The yellow code management of nucleic acid detection is not implemented as required, and the green code is turned after the nucleic acid detection is completed.
