However, people who enter Zhengzhou in low-risk areas in the province (without long-term stay) only need to check the double code and do not need nucleic acid test certificate. In addition, Circular 39, which is concerned by the public, only describes that people from low-risk areas in the province do not need nucleic acid testing certificates to enter Zhengzhou. If citizens have a long-term stay plan, they need to conduct nucleic acid testing in time.

Provisions for returning to Zhengzhou in low-risk areas: (1) Strengthen filing in advance. People who come to (return to) Zheng should declare to their community three days in advance, and log in to the "Zheng Hao Office" APP-the registration management system for people who return to Zheng, and fill in their personal information truthfully. If you fail to register in advance as required, you must complete the information filling within 24 hours after you arrive in Zheng. Zhengzhou epidemic prevention and control headquarters will send a reminder message to those who come (return) to Zhengzhou without reporting in advance as required. After receiving the reminder, you must complete the report within 24 hours and implement personal epidemic prevention and control measures. If the personal protection responsibility is not fulfilled within the specified time, Zhengzhou health code will be given a "red code". People who are given "red team" should immediately contact their communities, report the status of health codes and the contents of reminder information, and implement relevant control measures according to the requirements of the communities. Avoid taking public transport, attending assembly activities and going to crowded places until personal risks are alleviated. (2) Strengthen health monitoring. A nucleic acid test should be carried out within 24 hours after arrival in Zhengzhou, and self-health monitoring should be carried out for 14 days. During the period, we should try our best to go out and go to crowded places. If you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, and decreased sense of smell, please take immediate personal protection, go to the nearest medical institution with a fever clinic, take the initiative to inform yourself of your residence history, contact history and occupation, and avoid taking public transportation on the way to the hospital. (3) Personnel from outside the province and from the cities where the epidemic occurred in the province must check the negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours when entering Zheng. Please strictly implement personal epidemic prevention and control measures according to territorial requirements after entering Zheng.
