At present, the ways to modify the mobile phone number in the personal account of BOC include: BOC counter and smart counter, and you can also log in to personal online banking and mobile banking to modify it.

/kloc-above 0/6 years old, you must bring your valid ID card, passbook or debit card with SMS service, and mobile phone (you need to send SMS verification code to the new mobile phone number when changing) to the national outlets of Bank of China, and you are not allowed to do it on your behalf.

/kloc-For persons under the age of 0/6, the guardian shall handle the SMS notification service for account change. The guardian shall be a citizen of China who is over 18 years old and has full civil capacity. When handling business, the guardian should issue a household registration book or other proof materials to prove his guardian's identity, and sign the relevant agreement at the "agent" of the application form.
