What should I do if my oppo phone doesn't answer the phone and doesn't display?

If there is a missed call on the mobile phone, a number will be displayed in the upper right corner of the dial key. If missed calls are not displayed:

1, troubleshooting settings:

(1) "Settings >; Notification and status bar > notification management > call management (dialing) > display corner switch on desktop icon to see if it is restored.

(2) Settings > Notification and Status Bar > Notification Management > Call Management (Dialing) > Select "Digital Corner" to open "Missed Calls" to see if it can be restored.

2. If it is not restored, it is recommended to back up the data of the mobile phone and try to restore the factory settings of the mobile phone.
