Xiaomi's mobile phone promotion message doesn't ring.

1. Open the settings page of Xiaomi mobile phone.

2. On the setting page of Xiaomi mobile phone, click the menu item "Sound and Vibration" above.

3. The sound and vibration settings page will open. First, check whether the mute do not disturb mode is set on the mobile phone.

4. Next, adjust the media volume slider to make it louder.

5. If there is still no sound, you can reset the SMS ringtone and click the "SMS ringtone" menu item.

6. In the ringtone blocking page that opens, select a new SMS ringtone.

7. The confirmation window of "Select ringtone" will pop up, and click OK.
