First, the customer service phone card is opened.

In order to facilitate your safe use of the card, please dial the 24-hour customer service hotline of Minsheng Bank Credit Card with the home phone or mobile phone reserved on the application form to activate it.

Calling card opening process:

1. The customer dials 400-66-95568 to enter the automatic voice menu of the 24-hour customer service hotline of Minsheng Credit Card.

2. Select "Card Activation"

3. For customers whose ID card type is ID card, please enter the ID number. If the ID type is non-ID, manual help is optional.

4. Enter the credit card number to activate the card according to the voice prompt.

5. Set the transaction password according to the voice prompt after the card is activated.

6. After the transaction password is successfully set, continue setting according to the prompt.

Second, SMS card opening

1. Edit SMS: JH**** * * (the last four digits of the card number);

Telecom users send it to:1065902195568;

3. After the SMS is sent successfully, you will receive the corresponding confirmation information.

4. After successfully activating the card, please call the customer service hotline to set your transaction password and inquiry password to ensure the normal use of the card.

Third, open a card online.

1. Log in to Minsheng Bank Credit Card official website, and click to enter the "Activate Credit Card Online" function;

2. Select the certificate type in the page, and enter the certificate number and the credit card number to be activated;

3. Click "Get Verification Code" to receive the verification code through the reserved mobile phone and input the page, and at the same time input the additional code;

4. After successfully activating the card, it is recommended to call the customer service hotline to set your transaction password and inquiry password to ensure the normal use of the card.
