Hold all kinds of meetings, in principle, do not hang signs, do not put flowers and fruits, and strive to be streamlined and efficient.

Second, resolutely put an end to souvenir giving and networking activities during the Spring Festival. No souvenirs were given during the official reception. From the Spring Festival of 20 12 to May of 20 13, we will practise economy, not arrange social activities within the unit and with other units, and not give gifts to higher authorities. We have accomplished important work in a pragmatic way. We will conscientiously do a good job in condolence activities such as "Warm Winter and New Year" for the needy people in urban and rural areas, and strive to do practical things for the needy people.

Resolutely put an end to eating and drinking public funds and strictly implement official reception standards. It is strictly forbidden to make and buy New Year cards and postcards with public funds. Strictly implement the designated maintenance system for official vehicles to reduce maintenance costs. Our bureau stipulates that leading cadres are not allowed to drive and use buses without permission. Strictly control vehicle configuration. No official vehicles have been purchased since this year. The main leaders of our bureau purchased vehicles in 2006. Up to now, they have been used for more than 8 years and have traveled nearly 280 thousand kilometers, which has reached the requirement of scrapping. In order to save money, the leaders of our bureau decided to use it under the condition of ensuring driving safety. At the same time, our bureau will further strengthen supervision and management, strictly control various expenditures, ensure that limited funds are used in the most critical links, and strive to reduce management fees and entertainment fees by more than 50% over the previous year.
