All residents and employees of government agencies, enterprises and institutions within Xuanwu District.

3. Precautions

1. Residents and employees of government agencies, enterprises and institutions are requested to actively cooperate to ensure "all inspections are required" and go to sampling points in an orderly manner according to unified arrangements. Perform nucleic acid sampling.

2. Please prepare your valid personal identity information in advance, and under the guidance of staff and volunteers, arrive at the sampling point and line up in an orderly manner.

3. Please cooperate with the on-site staff, prepare the "Su Kang Code" and "Itinerary Code" in advance, wear a mask throughout the process, keep a distance of more than one meter from others when queuing, and do not talk or gather.

4. Green channels are set up at each sampling point. Residents such as the elderly, pregnant women, and disabled people can take priority sampling through the green channels. Residents who are indeed unable to go out due to mobility issues can contact their community, which will arrange door-to-door sampling.

5. People who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 for less than 48 hours will not participate in the nucleic acid test. Please make a follow-up test in time after 48 hours.

6. For those who have been infected with the new coronavirus within half a year and those who have been in the country for less than half a year, please take the initiative to contact the community where you live to arrange single-person isolation.

7. Persons with yellow health codes should go to the designated sampling points to take samples.

8. Failure to participate in nucleic acid testing will bring a lot of inconvenience to your life. If you refuse to cooperate without legitimate reasons, hinder epidemic prevention and control, or cause other serious consequences, you will bear corresponding legal liabilities in accordance with the law.
