Log in to Youku and enter the VIP center for setting.

1. Open the webpage of the software and log in the account information.

2. In the upper right corner of the webpage, click VIP to enter the VIP center.

3. After entering, it is still in the upper right corner. Find my member, don't click, just slide the mouse there.

4. Put the mouse there, a hidden menu will pop up, and click on my account.

5. In my account interface, or in the upper right corner, there is a text description, as shown in the figure. Click to close the service.

6. After entering the car, the automatic renewal will close the interface. Click Close.

7. After that, the system will ask us to confirm the shutdown, and it will definitely be confirmed.

8. When you return to the VIP center after closing, you can see that the automatic renewal service next to the member account is gone, and it has become an icon for our renewal. Indicates that the cancellation was successful.
