Chapter VII Legal Liability

Whoever, in violation of the provisions of this Law, divulges, publishes, illegally holds, illegally provides or illegally uses state secrets shall be ordered by the relevant departments to make corrections, and may be fined, administratively detained, revoked or temporarily detained the relevant certificates and licenses, or revoked the licenses and approval documents; If the circumstances are serious, administrative sanctions such as demotion, dismissal and expulsion may be given; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
