You can cancel your account by the following steps:

1. log in to China Unicom APP > use the mobile phone number and password to cancel the account > click service > handle > cancel the account service;

2. check the user agreement > verify by SMS or ICCID > click "next" (if the balance is insufficient, you will not be able to close the account and need to pay);

3. upload the front and back of the ID card for real person authentication > click "Next" > for in-vivo authentication;

4. call transfer: fill in other Unicom numbers > click next > confirm submission > finish.
