Xi citizen card user profile is not enabled.

Activate on the network, go to the issuing bank to activate.

1. Online activation: Cardholders can log on to the official website of Xi Citizen Card or related platforms and activate according to the guidelines. Provide personal information and card number and other related information.

2. Activation at the issuing bank: the cardholder can personally explain the situation to the staff at the counter or service window of the issuing bank, and provide relevant identification and card number for activation.
