About group buying: Who put the money on the public comment website? Is it safe?

Let me talk about my personal experience. I suggest not to trust the public comment network, otherwise the money will be swallowed and I don't know what's going on. Security is extremely poor.

Event replay: On the evening of August 29th, I received an email saying that I joined Dianping.com on August 28th and got two movies (***54 yuan) in Chengdu. I come from Shanghai. I use the money in my account in Dianping.com. Generally speaking, if the group purchase is successful, you will send me an email and a text message. But I didn't get the message. 8: 30am: I called Dianping.com's complaint number to report the situation. The other party said that my account was stolen, and my complaint will be handled within one working day. Because I saw that the volume was not used in my account, I asked to cancel the volume first and get a refund at any time. 8/3 1: It has not been processed. I called three times to urge. Until 9/2: 12: 58, I received a phone call from the public. Said that my paper had been used on August 29 and could not be returned.

The contents of the complaint are:

1, I suspect that my account was not stolen by users, but by them internally, because I didn't receive the message I should have received.

2. Public comments require me to provide evidence. They have the background data of the website and can all see the IP address of the login. How can we provide evidence? We consumers put money in because of trust. Now it's said that we didn't keep the accounts properly, and the responsibility lies with us, so they took them all. Even if we don't protect the safety of users' funds, why should we provide a quick channel for users to deposit money in it?

On August 30th, I saw it was unused on the website, and promised to handle it within one working day. I didn't get a reply until August 3rd1. I don't know if it was used, but Dianping.com didn't tell me with 9/2 that 8/29 was used. It is said that the website is in the wrong state. Isn't this cheating consumers?

When I first called to report the situation, they told me that the login IP was in Chengdu, and maybe my IP was stolen. However, they asked me to provide evidence to confirm that it was stolen. Isn't that funny? They have background information, and now they want me to provide evidence. In the end, it was a dead reason. Anyway, the money can't be refunded, and it is also said that users are not advised to put money on the public comment online. No suggestions. Why didn't you remind me earlier? If something goes wrong, all you have to do is say no?
