If your number is in the locked period, you can call 10010 to contact manual service to verify the number identity information and then unlock it, or you can go to the local business office with your ID card and mobile phone card to apply for manual cancellation of the locked period. Please recharge within 24 hours after successful cancellation, otherwise you will re-enter the lock-in period. After successful unlocking and recharging, when the account balance is greater than 0, the user's account will return to the validity period.
