3. Use prohibited tools or methods to fish in the closed fishing area;

4. Fishing with prohibited tools or methods during the fishing ban;

5. Using prohibited fishing gear in high seas fishing operations, causing serious impact.

No-fishing area refers to the spawning grounds, feeding grounds, wintering grounds and migration routes of some important fish, shrimp, crabs, shellfish, algae and other important aquatic organisms stipulated by national laws or local governments, and all fishery production operations or some fishery production operations are prohibited. The closed fishing season refers to a certain period when fishing operations are prohibited or restricted for spawning grounds, feeding grounds, wintering grounds and migration routes of some important aquatic organisms.
