After the cancellation of JD.COM's account, personal information will be deleted from the front desk system of JD.COM Mall and cannot be retrieved or accessed, otherwise it will be anonymous.

If the JD.COM account is cancelled, the JD.COM account will no longer be used, and any content or information related to the JD.COM account will not be retrieved, including but not limited to:

1. You will not be able to log in and use this JD.COM account;

2. Personal data and historical information (including but not limited to user name, avatar, shopping record, attention information, etc.). ) will not be retrieved;

3. All records of 3.JD. COM-related or third-party services (including but not limited to JD.COM Reading, jingdong cloud, Jingdong Finance, etc.) will be used after using JD.COM account, and authorized login or binding JD.COM account will not be retrieved.

To cancel an account, the account must meet the following conditions:

1. account is currently in a valid state;

2. There are no unfinished orders in the account;

3. The store has not been opened or activated;

4. The account is uncontroversial (including complaints or appeals);

5. All financial services have been cancelled or closed;
