The Commission for Discipline Inspection will take organizational measures in handling cases, which is more methodical than judicial cases, and will not use force against the people under investigation. The biggest restriction is "double regulations". However, in order to make the case more powerful, the prosecution and the public security bureau will cooperate with the implementation of judicial power when conducting certain procedures, and compulsory measures can be taken at any time against persons suspected of committing crimes.

The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Ministry of Supervision have stipulated the procedures and ways for the discipline inspection and supervision organs to handle cases, and the discipline inspection and supervision organs implement a work system of handling cases at different levels and taking responsibility for each other. The basic procedure of case review is generally divided into four stages: case acceptance and preliminary verification, case filing review, investigation and verification and transfer for trial.

The eight measures taken by the discipline inspection organs are mainly:

6. With the approval of the person in charge of the discipline inspection organ at or above the county level (including the county level), temporarily detain and seal up documents, materials, account books, bills, articles and illegal income that can prove violations;

7. With the approval of the person in charge of the discipline inspection organ at or above the county level (including the county level), you can inquire about the deposits of the respondents in banks or other financial institutions, and notify the banks or other financial institutions to suspend payment;

(eight) to collect other evidence that can prove the true situation of the case.

Among them, the sixth and seventh kinds of "withholding and sealing up documents, materials, account books, bills, articles and illegal income that can prove illegal acts"; Inquire about the deposits of the respondents in banks or other financial institutions, and notify the banks or other financial institutions to suspend payment. These two measures are not allowed in the initial stage of nuclear power. In other words, in the initial nuclear stage, only six measures were used.
