Why can't I change my password?

Changing the password may fail for the following reasons:

1. The current status of the mobile phone is turned off or semi-turned off;

2. The set password is a simple password, such as: the service password has the same 6 digits, with 6 digits decreasing and 6 digits increasing;

3. The password of mobile phone service is 6 digits, and using other passwords will cause the reset failure;

4. Resetting the password in the Internet Hall will send a system verification code message to your mobile phone. When the mobile phone can't receive SMS or set SMS on the screen system, it will lead to the failure of resetting the password.
