How to find customers in bathroom shops?

There are only two ways to find customers online:

1. Relying on the e-commerce platform, open an online shop for drainage.

2. Build a official website and use baidu promotion for drainage.

As far as I know, neither method is applicable. First, the capital expenditure is high and the personnel cost is high. Second, most physical store owners lack mobile Internet thinking and management can't keep up.

The most effective customer acquisition tool for physical stores is small programs, and the most direct means is community fission.

I am a bathroom worker. From the beginning of October/Kloc-October/September, I began to attract customers from physical stores through community marketing, with nearly 95 person-times and daily turnover exceeding 50,000. When my peers are still struggling to find customers on the Internet, I have easily realized that the community can help me find customers. The most important thing is low cost and sustainability!

So I suggest that colleagues should not waste their energy on the internet, but should put their time and energy on the community.
