No login is required. If you need to brush your face when logging in, the reason is that you have turned on device protection in mobile banking. You can log in to mobile banking and click "My-Settings-Login Management-Device Protection" to turn off device protection.

Device protection refers to triggering "forced face recognition" when the customer's login device is an "untrusted device".

If you enter your personal mobile banking login password, the page will force you to brush your face for recognition. The reason for this problem is that you turned on device protection in mobile banking. You can log in to mobile banking and click "My-Settings-Login Management-Device Protection" to turn off device protection. Tips:

First of all, the "equipment protection switch" can be turned on actively or passively. You can actively turn on the device protection switch in Login Management. Second, the identification standard of "untrusted devices": As the device ID of ICBC Mobile Banking is related to the device and app version, the device will be identified as "untrusted devices" in the following scenarios, including:

2. Perform the first login procedure (the device and user name have not changed, but click User Name-Log in to other accounts on the login page to perform the first login procedure).

(1) If the "Device Protection" switch is actively turned on when logging in: Because you have actively turned on the device protection function, when the logged-in device is an untrusted device, it will trigger the face brushing. If you don't want to use this function, you can successfully complete this login, enter the "My-Settings-Login Management-Device Protection" column and turn off the switch.

(2) If the equipment protection switch is turned on in the above-mentioned relevant regions (Shenzhen, Zhejiang, Shaanxi, Guangdong, Fujian and Xiamen), ICBC will verify the customer's identity information through face recognition when the equipment used by customers in the above-mentioned regions to log in to mobile banking is not credible. (3) After logging in or deleting the client on the new device and reinstalling it, you will enter the first login process: you need to enter your mobile phone number, SMS verification code, login password and card password (at most, five cards with normal account status can be displayed on the page), and you will be authenticated by brushing your face.
