How to write a 100-word letter composition

Letter is a traditional document used to convey information and exchange thoughts and emotions to a specific target. The letter consists of salutation, greeting, body, greetings, signature, and date.

The addressee’s title should be written at the beginning of the letter, on a separate line, in a top box, to show respect and courtesy. Add a colon after the title to indicate the beginning of the following.

Then start a new line and write the greeting with two blank spaces at the beginning.

The main text is the main part of the letter. Start a new line after the greeting. Leave two blank spaces at the beginning of each paragraph. When changing lines, it can be divided into paragraphs appropriately according to the content.

Wish words are usually written on a new line after the main text is written. They are usually words expressing wishes or respect, such as: Sincerely, salute, or wish for health and well-being, etc.

After you finish writing the congratulations, write the name or title of the writer in the lower right corner of the letter, start a new line at the end, and write the year, month, and day of sending the letter directly below the signature.
