I cherish this job for two reasons: First, it is related to my major. Our major is e-commerce, and our professional knowledge is practical, and most of them are operated on computers. Sometimes when I see my classmates going out to play in groups, but I can't go for work, I will inevitably feel bad, but the thought that I will have a full free time will disappear. During the period of working in the computer room, the two teachers took good care of all of us, encouraged us from time to time, and reminded us in time when there were mistakes in our work, which made us realize our shortcomings and deficiencies in our work.

Looking back on this year's work, there are joys and sorrows. I think we can improve our work level from the following aspects:

1. Service:

1. We should treat our classmates with a good attitude and serve them no matter what happens. Try your best to help students solve all kinds of problems when they are on the computer. 3. Clean up on time. The sanitary arrangement is to clean once a day, sweeping the floor on the first day and mopping the floor on the second day, ensuring that the room is cleaned once a day to keep the computer room clean. 4. In order to better serve the students, all three computer rooms are equipped with opinion message books, where students can write their opinions on the management and service of computer rooms. 5. With the arrival of summer, the computer rooms are very hot, so the teachers installed electric fans in each computer room to provide a good and relaxed learning environment for everyone.

2. Management:

1. Basically guarantee the specified opening hours every day, and open and close the door on time. (You need to ask for leave from the teacher in special circumstances) 2. If students encounter problems that they can't solve when they are on the computer in their spare time, contact the teacher in time. 3. If any computer is found to be out of order and cannot be used normally, it should be recorded and reported to the teacher for maintenance in time the next day.

3. Suggestions on computer room management

1. The computer room is open to the outside world in order to provide a good learning environment for students, so we should try our best to meet students' learning and install more learning-related software. 2. Sometimes the computer room will have a slow network speed. For this phenomenon, the teacher should update and upgrade the system in time.

I enjoyed my work and study in the computer room during this year. It made me realize the importance of cooperation in my future work and study. One's strength is limited, and cooperation is often needed instead of going it alone. Learned that there is no contradiction between work and study, most people think that part-time job will affect study. However, it has been proved that their statement is unreasonable. In this year's work, my study has not been delayed or declined.
