2. People coming (returning) to construction in key epidemic areas

(1) For cases of epidemics in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Qinghai Province, Gansu Province, and Fuzhou City, Fujian Province within 7 days People coming (returning) to Jiangsu with a history of living in key areas shall implement the health management measures of "3 days of centralized isolation, 4 days of home health monitoring, 5 nucleic acid tests (respectively on days 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7) and 1 antigen test" .

You are not allowed to take buses or subways; those who have completed three days of home health monitoring and all nucleic acid test results are negative will be subject to "green code" management. On the premise of taking personal protection, they can go to work and school normally and move around in an orderly manner. During the self-health monitoring period, once suspected symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cough, etc. occur, you must immediately go to the nearest medical institution for standardized treatment.

3. People coming (returning) to Jiankang from other areas outside the province

(1) Except for medium and high-risk areas and areas with severe epidemics, people coming (returning) from other provinces to Jiankang will be subject to " "Three days, three tests" management, nucleic acid tests will be carried out on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd days after arriving, and the sampling time for each time should be fixed as much as possible. After the sampling is completed, you must immediately return to your place of residence or hotel to wait for the nucleic acid test results, and avoid taking buses and subways on the way. If the result is negative, you will be transferred to "green code" management.

If the first nucleic acid test result is negative, you can go to work and school as normal and move around in an orderly manner; if you fail to complete the nucleic acid test on time, the Guizhou Health Code pop-up window will be implemented with a mandatory reminder (cannot be closed) management, and in principle, you can stay at home If you do not go out, you can only go to the nucleic acid sampling point to take samples on your own under the premise of taking personal protection. After the sampling is completed, you must immediately return to your place of residence or hotel to wait for the nucleic acid test results. If the result is negative, the pop-up window prompt can be closed in time.

Within 7 days of arrival, strictly carry out personal protection and self-health monitoring, and try to avoid attending dinner parties and going to crowded public places. For construction workers coming (returning) from medium- and high-risk areas, corresponding control measures will be implemented in accordance with current policies.

(2) For those who come (return) to Zhuhai with a history of traveling outside the province within 7 days, they must check a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.

1. Those who enter the building through the highway inspection service station and hold a 48-hour nucleic acid test negative certificate will be released immediately, and they will be urged to implement "inspection upon entry" as soon as they arrive at their place of residence (destination). ; If there is no certificate, "inspection upon entry" (antigen detection and nucleic acid sampling) will be implemented on-site, and the patient will be released after the antigen test result is negative.

2. Those who enter the building through transportation stations such as "One Station Three Stations" will implement "inspection upon entry" at the station; those who hold a 48-hour nucleic acid test certificate will pass in an orderly manner after nucleic acid sampling; If there is no certificate, nucleic acid sampling for antigen testing will be carried out simultaneously, and the patient will be released after the antigen test result is negative.

4. Construction personnel coming (returning) from other cities (prefectures) in the province.

Guizhou health code "green code" can be used to flow in an orderly manner, and various places are not allowed to set up checkpoints at will, and are not allowed to add "layers and layers" of measures such as nucleic acid testing and isolation control for relevant personnel at will.

If local epidemics occur in other cities (states) in the province, health management measures for relevant personnel will be dynamically adjusted in a timely manner based on the local epidemic situation.

5. The cost of centralized isolation shall be borne by the individual.

Everyone is the first person responsible for their own health. Construction workers who do not take the initiative to report, conceal their whereabouts, or fail to cooperate with relevant health management measures will be seriously investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

This notice will be implemented from October 31, 2022. The above health management measures will be dynamically adjusted in a timely manner based on the epidemic situation.
