2. From now on, anyone who has lived in a low-risk area in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province since September 3 and proved negative within 48 hours can move in an orderly manner, do a good job in health monitoring for 7 days, and try to reduce going out during the period and avoid participating in gathering activities. If you have fever, cough and other abnormal symptoms in COVID-19, you should seek medical treatment in time on the premise of personal protection. You must not take public transport and take the initiative to report.

If you can't provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, you should carry out nucleic acid test, do personal protection before the nucleic acid result is issued, and wait at the designated place before the test result is negative.
