B. Written loss report:
① After the medical banknote is lost, you should promptly go to the medical insurance agency with your ID card to complete the written loss report procedure.

③After accepting the written report of loss, the financial settlement function of the card will be stopped immediately through the Bank of China financial network, the medical insurance personal account will be frozen immediately through the social insurance network, and the settlement function of the card will be stopped within 24 hours.

Insured persons can go through the written loss reporting procedures at any urban medical insurance agency or Bank of China business outlet.
If entrusting another person to handle the matter, the entrusted person should present his or her ID card and register.
The person reporting the loss should promptly apply for a replacement card in accordance with relevant regulations.

D. Card replacement:
