What if I forget the password of 12306?

1. Select the forgot password option on the account login page.

2. There are three ways to retrieve the password: face recognition, mobile phone number and email address.

3. Face recognition: Select the certificate type (Chinese resident ID card, Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permit to and from the mainland, mainland travel permit for taiwan residents and China passports), fill in the certificate number and name, then start face-brushing authentication, and complete face recognition according to the interface prompts. Complete the information according to the prompt and fill in the new password to reset the password.

Mobile phone number: enter the used mobile phone number, select the certificate type and enter the certificate number, fill in the new password, obtain the mobile phone verification code and submit it for confirmation.

E-mail: enter the e-mail used during registration, select the certificate type, enter the certificate number and fill in the verification code.
