Time and rules for changing train tickets

1. If you need to change your ticket more than 30 minutes before the driving time, click the personal center to find the ticket that needs to be changed, click Change, and choose the date or time of change;

2. If you need to change your ticket offline, you need to bring your ID card (online shopping and non-real-name registration system registered tickets) and your ticket to the ticket window of the station to handle the change time.
