How to send short messages to power supply bureau in case of power failure

If there is a power failure, you can call the power supply bureau to ask. According to China's "Regulations on Power Supply and Use", for important users, the unit can apply to the local power supply bureau to extract and send a power outage notice, but the power supply bureau will generally call.

Article 28 of the Regulation on the Supply and Use of Electricity stipulates that:

1. Unless otherwise stipulated in these Regulations, under the normal operation of power generation and power supply systems, power supply enterprises shall continuously supply power to users, and when it is necessary to stop power supply for some reason, they shall notify users in advance or make an announcement in accordance with the following requirements.

2, due to the planned maintenance of power supply facilities need power outage, power supply enterprises shall notify users 7 days in advance or make an announcement.

3. When power supply needs to be stopped due to temporary maintenance of power supply facilities, the power supply enterprise shall notify important users 24 hours in advance.

4. When the power generation and power supply system fails and needs to be power-limited, the power supply enterprise shall conduct power-limited and power-limited according to the predetermined power-limited order. After the power-limited and power-limited reasons are eliminated, the power supply enterprise shall resume power supply as soon as possible.
