Corruption and four winds are intertwined, and "four winds" is the basis of corruption. Some leading cadres are often just greedy for eating, drinking and having fun at first, and then form the exchange of power and money and interests. It is necessary to combine the corruption-related and discipline-related issues with the "four winds" issue, strictly investigate the "four winds" issue, put an end to its development in the direction of corruption, and resolutely prevent it from turning from wind to corruption.
