Notice of Fujian Branch of China Construction Bank on Reservation Exchange of 223 Lunar New Year Commemorative Coins

Dear customers:

According to the work arrangement of the People's Bank of China, the 223 Lunar New Year Commemorative Coins will be issued by reservation exchange, and the Lunar New Year Coin has the same function as the current circulating RMB, and is circulated at the same value as the RMB with the same denomination. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Undertaking area

China Construction Bank undertakes part of the reservation exchange work within the jurisdiction of Fujian Province. Customers can log on to the Internet website of our branch to learn about the reserved exchange outlets, the reserved quota and the opening hours of outlets.

II. Appointment exchange arrangements

According to the relevant requirements of the People's Bank of China, the verification mechanism is adopted for the issuance of Lunar New Year coins. For details, please refer to the Announcement of the People's Bank of China.

Appointment period: from 22: 3 on December 27th to 24: on December 29th, 222

During the appointment period, customers can make an appointment with a valid second-generation resident ID card, and each person can only make an appointment once. The reservation quotas of outlets in our province are all online reservation quotas, which can be inquired through online channels.

one hour before the appointment starts, customers can enter the appointment application page to find out the appointment information that needs to be filled in. After the appointment starts, the page will jump to show "Appointment application submitted successfully", which means that the appointment application has been submitted successfully. At this stage, the Bank will not send SMS notification, and customers can click "Appointment Record Query" to check the submission result of the appointment application.

verification period: from January 3 to January 4, 223

After the appointment period is over, the People's Bank of China will verify all the customer's appointment records. Customers can check the reservation results through our reservation channel after : on January 3rd. Customers who have passed the verification have made a successful reservation and can be redeemed normally. If there are reservation records in two or more banks, they cannot pass the verification and cannot be exchanged. If you fail to pass the verification, you can choose the nearest outlet of our bank to undertake the reservation exchange of New Year's money with the original of your second-generation ID card during the verification period, and handle the cancellation of repeated reservation records and retain the qualification for this exchange. If it is handled on behalf of others, the original second-generation resident identity cards of the agent and the agent shall be provided.

Redemption period: January 5 to January 11, 223

Customers who have made a successful reservation, please take the original second-generation resident ID card registered in the reservation system and within the validity period to the reserved business outlets for redemption on the date agreed by themselves. If the customer collects the New Year's money on behalf of others, he must hold the original valid ID card registered by the consignee in the reservation system and the original valid ID card of the consignee, and the number of recipients shall not exceed 5. According to the requirements of the People's Bank of China, our bank will register the customer's name and ID number when handling the exchange.

if the redemption is postponed in some areas due to the epidemic, the specific redemption arrangement shall be subject to the subsequent relevant notice.

Tips:

1. According to the Announcement of the People's Bank of China, the valid identity documents for booking and exchanging Lunar New Year coins must be the second-generation resident identity cards. If the original of the second-generation resident ID card is lost, or the minor fails to handle it, the original of the second-generation resident ID card can be issued, and the household registration book and temporary resident ID card can be used for handling.

2. 3. Please bring full cash or CCB debit card when exchanging.

4. Please confirm the business hours in advance when you go to the outlets to handle the exchange business.

5. the appointment registration will be stopped at the end of the appointment period; New Year's money that has not been exchanged during the exchange period will be invalid.

VI. In case of any inconsistency between the contents of this circular and the requirements of local people's banks, the requirements of local people's banks shall prevail.
