Traffic police don't need to pay a fine for using the notice of violation.

1. Do I have to pay a fine for the violation notice?

1. If the violation notice is used, there is no need to pay the fine, as the case may be:

(1) If the amount of the fine is stipulated in the notice, it shall be paid within the prescribed time limit;

(2) If the penalty is not specified in the notice, it may not be paid, and the illegal act shall be corrected according to the contents of the notice.

2. Legal basis: Article 63 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.

Temporary parking of motor vehicles on the road shall comply with the following provisions:

(a) in the absence of parking signs and markings, in the motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes, sidewalks with isolation facilities, as well as crosswalks, construction sites, no parking;

(2) No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp detours, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50 meters from the above locations;

(three) in front of the bus stop, first aid station, gas station, fire hydrant or fire brigade (station) and on the road within 30 meters from the above places, no parking is allowed except using the above facilities;

(four) before the vehicle has stopped, it is not allowed to open the door to get on and off people, and opening and closing the door shall not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians;

(five) roadside parking should be close to the right side of the road, motor vehicle drivers are not allowed to get off, get on and off personnel or load and unload goods, and immediately leave;

(six) city buses are not allowed to stop on the road outside the station.

2. What are the illegal parking situations?

1, on roads without stop signs, roads and sidewalks with isolation facilities between motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles, as well as crosswalks and construction lots;

2. Parking at intersections, railway crossings, sharp detours, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50 meters from the above locations;

3, * * * * bus station, first aid station, gas station, fire hydrant or fire brigade in front of and within 30 meters from the above places, except for the use of the above facilities;

4. Before the vehicle stops, open the door to get on and off people, and open and close the door to prevent other vehicles and pedestrians from passing.
